TERVIESESALONG.EE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS The owner of the online store tervisesalong.ee (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is Ilusad Jalad OÜ (registry code 17068893), located at Ädala 1, 10614 Tallinn.

ORDERING

Select the products you want to purchase from the online store and add them to the shopping cart.
When opening the shopping cart, you will have the option to adjust the quantity of products and remove items from the cart.
Once all desired products are in the cart, click "PROCEED TO PAYMENT."
In the order form, fill in all the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) and choose a suitable delivery method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices in our (online store) are in euros and include 22% VAT.
After placing the order, a confirmation of the payment for the products will be sent.

Note! When paying via bank link, make sure to click "Back to the merchant" on the bank's page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made in a secure environment outside the Online Store – for bank link payments, in the secure environment of the relevant bank, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card information. The contract becomes effective once the payment is received in the Online Store's account.

The owner of the Online Store is the data controller, and necessary personal data for processing payments is forwarded to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING

Goods will be delivered to the address you specify in your order within 1-4 business days after payment has been received. Deliveries are made by DPD and Omniva.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method.

Domestic deliveries in Estonia typically arrive at the specified destination within 1-4 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

RETURNS

Returns are processed according to the laws of the Republic of Estonia. For more detailed information, see the General and Purchase Terms.

PRIVACY

Shopping in our online store is secure, and your personal data is not disclosed to third parties; it is used solely to fulfill the order and resolve any related issues.

GENERAL AND PURCHASE TERMS AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you, as the customer, and Ilusad Jalad OÜ for the delivery of goods via this online store. By using this website, you agree to these Terms, which also apply to all orders placed through this website or in connection with it. Offers and product descriptions made by Ilusad Jalad OÜ are not considered contracts and are not subject to these Terms. Product images are for illustrative purposes.

PRODUCT DELIVERY IN ESTONIA

All products you order will be delivered to the destination you specify in the order form, using the delivery method you choose.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated, and the final price is displayed on the invoice.

Ilusad Jalad OÜ is not responsible for the delivery of goods if the address provided during the order process is incorrect.
Ilusad Jalad OÜ may refuse your order at its discretion without providing any explanation.

PRICE INFORMATION

Prices in the online store include VAT.
Shipping costs are indicated separately.
The online store currency is euro.
The online store accepts payment through various methods, as chosen by the customer.
The online store is not responsible for any other taxes or customs duties that may be applied to you, and you bear full responsibility for them.

The online store reserves the right to change the price list at its discretion and without notice in all cases, except for those where the order has been confirmed but not yet fulfilled.

The purchase price is paid through the payment link selected by the customer, and payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS.
Ilusad Jalad OÜ is the data controller. Maksekeskus AS is the authorized data processor.
Gift cards can also be used for payment, and they can be purchased from our online store or on-site at Ädala 1, Tallinn, Pelgulinna Health Center, 4th floor.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (give up the products) within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, except in the cases listed in points 2 and 3.
  2. According to the Law of Obligations Act (LOA) § 53 (2) (9), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food, beverages, and/or other daily-use products delivered by the company during regular rounds to the customer's home, workplace, or other location.
  3. According to LOA § 53 (4), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that spoil or expire quickly;
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened;
  • Products with specific or recommended storage conditions.
  1. To withdraw from the contract, the customer must submit a Return Request. The customer can send the Return Request via email to sigrid@tervisesalong.ee or through the online store’s contact page. After reviewing the request, the seller will provide the return address.
  2. The returned products must not be damaged, used, or opened and should be in their original packaging. To verify the product's nature, features, and operation, the customer should handle the product only as would be permitted in a store. The packaging should be opened carefully without damaging it. Otherwise, the seller has the right to charge the customer for the reduction in the product’s value.
  3. The returned products must be sent to the seller without delay but no later than 14 days after submitting the Return Request. The customer bears the costs of returning the products.
  4. If the customer has withdrawn from the contract, returned the goods in proper condition, and the return meets the requirements, the seller will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the Return Request. Refunds will be made to the same account from which the payment was received.
  5. If, after the return, it is found that the return does not meet the terms of the Agreement, no refund will be issued.

If the product is broken or significantly damaged, which was not immediately visible and did not occur during unpacking, or if the product is incorrect, please immediately inform Ilusad Jalad OÜ via email at sigrid@tervisesalong.ee.

COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE

The customer has the right to submit a complaint within two months after discovering a defect, by sending an email to sigrid@tervisesalong.ee.
The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods are delivered to the customer.
If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the store is responsible, the store will either repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the customer for all fees related to the sales contract.
The online store will respond to a customer’s complaint in writing or in another form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

SECURITY

The online store takes all reasonable measures to avoid any security violations, including the protection of the credit card information you provide. The online store ensures that all its suppliers, subcontractors, and partners also maintain confidentiality regarding the data they handle. You are solely responsible for the security and use of your username and password required for accessing the service or any part of it. Any use of your password will be considered as made by you, and you are responsible for all actions taken under that password.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Ilusad Jalad OÜ reserves the right to suspend, change, or exchange the list of products available in the online store at any time and without notice.

OTHER TERMS

Nothing in these Terms gives any third party any benefit or right to enforce the conditions of this Agreement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the online store and replace any oral or written agreements or other statements.
The online store reserves the right to add or modify these Terms at its discretion at any time, without notice (this does not apply to confirmed orders that have not been fulfilled).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and fall under the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
You must ensure that you have read and fully understood these Terms before placing an order.
